- Social Media Engagement & Comment Management
- Actively monitor and reply to comments on assigned Instagram Reels to boost engagement.
- Strategically post comments on high-traffic Reels related to business funding, AI marketing, and investment opportunities.
- Use engagement tactics that align with the Instagram algorithm to maximize visibility.
- Maintain brand consistency in all comments and interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Use tech-based solutions to track engagement time and activity levels.
- Ensure responses are timely and effective, minimizing idle time.
- Submit performance reports on both individual and team activities.
- Team Leadership & Recruitment
- Recruit and onboard at least three Digital Brand Ambassadors.
- Train new team members on best practices for engagement, comment strategy, and brand voice.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to ensure effectiveness.
- Coordinate with management on engagement strategies and report team activity.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience in social media engagement, digital marketing, or brand ambassadorship preferred.

- We are seeking a highly motivated and professional EB-5 Visa Recruiter to identify, engage, and enroll non-U.S. investors into the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.
- This role requires a strong understanding of investment immigration, customer relationship management, and sales negotiation.
- The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, financial services, or immigration consulting and a strong network of high-net-worth individuals or business owners seeking U.S. residency through investment.

Key Responsibilities:
